Abstract
Završni rad na temu „Čimbenici zadovoljstva poslom – razlike između malih i velikih poduzeća“ istražuje što utječe na zadovoljstvo zaposlenika njihovim poslom te postoje li razlike u zadovoljstvu zaposlenika u malim i velikim poduzećima. Cilj rada je kritički se osvrnuti na čimbenike zadovoljstva te analizirati i pojmovno odrediti koje su to funkcije ljudskih potencijala u poduzeću. U provedbi empirijskog istraživanja sudjelovalo je 96 ispitanika koji su dali odgovore na 10 pitanja iz anketnog upitnika. Analizom dobivenih rezultata empirijskog istraživanja utvrđeno je da razlike u zadovoljstvu zaposlenika u malim i velikim poduzećima nisu velike. Kako razlike u zadovoljstvu zaposlenika nisu velike bitno je i u jednom i u drugom poduzeću kontinuirano ulagati u zaposlenike. Iako je tema zadovoljstva zaposlenika relativno česta, nedovoljno se zna o razlikama u čimbenicima zadovoljstva u ovisnosti o veličini poduzeća što ukazuje na potrebu za provedbu budućih istraživanja.
Abstract (english)
The final paper on the topic "Job Satisfaction Factors – Differences Between Small and Large Enterprises" explores what are the factors that affect employee satisfaction with their work and whether there are differences in employee satisfaction in small and large enterprises. The aim of this paper is to critically look at the factors of satisfaction and to analyze and conceptually determine which are the functions of human resources in the company. The implementation of the empirical research involved 96 respondents who provided answers to 10 questions from the survey questionnaire. The analysis of the obtained results of the empirical research showed that the differences in employee satisfaction in small and large companies are not substantial. Since the differences in employee satisfaction are not large, it is important to continuously invest in employees in both businesses. Although this is a frequent topic, differences of employee satisfaction are still unexplored in the context of small and large enterprises. Therefore, this topic is a good suggestion for conducting future research.
