Abstract
Zadatak međunarodnih financijskih tržišta podrazumijeva robnu razmjenu i ostale gospodarske aktivnosti između zemalja. Međunarodna tržišta razvijaju se na temelju povećanja međunarodnog poslovanja. Na međunarodnim financijskim tržištima prevladava neizvjesnost, javljaju se razni izazovi i prepreke. Istaknute prijetnje međunarodnoj ekonomiji i financijama jesu terorizam i pranje novca. Posebna pažnja u radu posvećena je offshore centrima. U globaliziranoj financijskoj mreži offshore centri označavaju sigurna utočišta od nepredvidljivih nameta od strane države. Uglavnom je poslovanje offshore centara obavijeno velom tajne i upravo zato budi interes za istraživanje. Predmet istraživanja su suvremeni problemi međunarodnog financiranja. Istraživanje je usmjereno na pranje novca i porezne oaze, što su ujedno i objekti istraživanja. Svrha je istraživanja ustanoviti suvremene probleme međunarodnog financiranja. Cilj istraživanja je dati uvid u suvremena međunarodna financijska tržišta te potom predstaviti prijetnje međunarodnoj ekonomiji i financijama. Pored toga, u radu se razmatra problematika offshore centara i opisuje slučaj Danske Bank.
Abstract (english)
The task of international financial markets involves the exchange of goods and other economic activities between countries. International markets are developing based on the increase in international business. Uncertainty prevails on the international financial markets, various challenges and obstacles arise. Prominent threats to the international economy and finance are terrorism and money laundering. Special attention in the work is devoted to offshore centers. In the globalized financial network, offshore centers represent safe havens from unpredictable impositions by the state. For the most part, the operations of offshore centers are shrouded in secrecy, and that is precisely why there is interest in research. The subject of research is contemporary problems of international financing. The research is focused on money laundering and tax havens, which are also the objects of the research. The purpose of the research is to establish contemporary problems of international financing. The aim of the research is to provide an insight into contemporary international financial markets and then to present threats to the international economy and finance. In addition, the paper considers the issue of offshore centers and describes the case of Danske Bank.
