Abstract
U ovom završnom radu se analizira specifičnosti poslovanja hotelske industrije, s naglaskom na jedinstvene računovodstvene prakse. Hotelska industrija obuhvaća različite aspekte poput smještaja, gastronomije, wellnessa i organizacije događanja, što rezultira složenom strukturom prihoda i troškova. Posebno se razmatraju prilagođene računovodstvene metode koje omogućuju precizno praćenje poslovanja. Rad istražuje organizaciju poslovnih procesa, upravljanje troškovima, obračun poreza i evidentiranje prihoda, uz teorijski pregled i praktične primjere. Kroz analizu godišnjeg obračuna Hotela X prikazani su ključni aspekti financijskog poslovanja i specifičnosti računovodstvenih tretmana u hotelskoj industriji. Iz svega iznesenog u radu je razvidno da hotelski sektor predstavlja značajan izazov za računovodstvo zbog složenih normi i raspodjele troškova. Ključne riječi: hotelijerstvo, hotelsko poslovanje. računovodstvo hotela, prihodi, troškovi, porezi, godišnji obračun.
Abstract (english)
This final paper analyzes the specifics of the hotel industry, with an emphasis on unique accounting practices. The hotel industry encompasses various aspects such as accommodation, gastronomy, wellness and event organization, resulting in a complex structure of income and costs. Special consideration is given to customized accounting methods that enable precise business monitoring. The paper examines the organization of business processes, cost management, tax calculation and income recording, along with a theoretical overview and practical examples. Through the analysis of the annual accounting of Hotel X, the key aspects of financial operations and the specifics of accounting treatments in the hotel industry are presented. From everything presented in the paper, it is clear that the hotel sector represents a significant challenge for accounting due to complex norms and distribution of costs.
