Abstract
Ovaj rad analizira relaksacijski oscilator ultra niske potrošnje koji radi na naponu napajanja od 0,6 V do 1,8 V i daje pravokutni signal na izlazu od 50% duty cycle. Frekvencija osciliranja je podesiva promjenom kondenzatora i kreće se u granicama desetaka kiloherza. Najbolja postignuta temperaturna ovisnost je 1266 ppm/°C, a najbolja potrošnja pri 0,6 V napajanja iznosi 103 pW/kHz. Granica Allanove devijacije je 70 ppm.
Abstract (english)
This thesis analyzes an ultra-low power consumption relaxation oscillator that operates at a supply voltage of 0.6 V to 1.8 V and produces a square wave with 50% duty cycle at the output. The oscillation frequency can be adjusted by changing the capacitor and ranges in the tens of kilohertz. The best achieved temperature dependence is 1266 ppm/°C, and the best power draw at 0.6V power supply is 103 pW/kHz. The Allan deviation floor is 70 ppm.
