Abstract
Ovaj rad istražuje utjecaj političkih i kulturnih promjena na ženski rod i identitet u hrvatskome ženskome pismu kroz analizu djela triju ključnih autorica: Irene Vrkljan, Dubravke Ugrešić i Slavenke Drakulić. U prvome je dijelu obuhvaćen kontekst književnih i društvenih promjena u Hrvatskoj od 80-ih godina 20. stoljeća, s posebnim naglaskom na tranziciju iz socijalizma u kapitalizam te njen utjecaj na književnost i ženski identitet. Analizira se kako su prethodne političke i društvene promjene oblikovale rad spisateljica i njihov pogled na osobne i kolektivne identitete. Rad se fokusira na način na koji ove autorice obrađuju teme ženskog identiteta, nacionalizma, jugonostalgije te odnosa između osobnog i političkog u svojim djelima. Kroz analizu djela Štefica Cvek u raljama života (1981), Svila, škare (1984), Kako smo preživjeli komunizam i čak se smijali (1992), i Ministarstvo boli (2004), objašnjava se kako su društvene promjene utjecale na ženske identitete i književne izraze, te kako su spisateljice u svojim književnim stvaranjima pregovarale o osobnim i političkim pitanjima u kontekstu povijesnih transformacija.
Abstract (english)
This paper explores the impact of political and cultural changes on female gender and identity in Croatian women's writing by analyzing works by three key authors: Irena Vrkljan, Dubravka Ugrešić, and Slavenka Drakulić. The first part covers the context of literary and social changes in Croatia from the 1980s onwards, focusing on the transition from socialism to capitalism and its impact on literature and female identity. It analyzes how previous political and social changes shape the work of these authors and their perspectives on personal and collective identities. The paper focuses on how these authors address themes of female identity, nationalism, Yugonostalgia, and the relationship between the personal and the political in their works. Through the analysis of the works Štefica Cvek u raljama života (1981), Svila, škare (1984), Kako smo preživjeli komunizam i čak se smijali (1992), and Ministarstvo boli (2004), it explains how social changes influence female identities and literary expressions, and how the authors negotiate personal and political issues within the context of historical transformations.
