Abstract
Mjerna nesigurnost se definira kao sumnja u valjanost mjernog rezultata. Razlog određivanja mjerne nesigurnosti može biti kalibracija mjernih instrumenata, ocjena uspješnosti provedenog mjernog testa, ali i razumijevanje rezultata dobivenih analizama te poradi podnošenja izvještaja za provedeni test ili mjerenje. Prilikom provođenja eksperimentalnih mjerenja postoji niz faktora koji utječu na točnost konačnog rezultata. Stoga se analizom mjerne nesigurnosti ispituje svaki eksperimentalni korak u svrhu eliminacije mjerne pogreške. Za određivanje mjerne nesigurnosti koristi se velik broj statističkih modela i metoda. U ovom radu se želi ukazati na važnost izračuna mjerne nesigurnosti kod provedbe analitičkih mjerenja, kao i opisati metode provedbe izračuna.
Abstract (english)
Uncertainty of measurement is defined as doubt in validity of measurement result. The reason for quantifying measurement uncertainty may be the calibration of the measuring instruments, estimation of measurement test success, as well as the understanding of the results of analysis due to report submission of conducted test or measurement. During conduction of experimental measurements variety of factors that affect accuracy of final result should be considered. Therefore, by using the measurement uncertainty analysis each experimental step is being tested for the purpose of eliminating measurement errors. Many statistical methods and models are used for quantifying measurement uncertainty. In this thesis, the focus will be on the importance of calculating measurement uncertainty during analytical measurement procedure and specifying its methods of calculations.
