Abstract
U ovom radu analiziran je način obračuna izvedenih radova u fazi građenja između investitora i izvođača, investitora i nadzornog inženjera, investitora i projektanta, izvođača i podizvođača. Opisan je i oblik naplate izvedenih radova koji se može vršiti računom ili situacijom. Detaljnije su opisane obračunske situacije (privremena, obračunska, okončana), te je opisan i obrazac situacije. Objašnjeni su pojmovi građevinske knjige i obračunski obrasci. Opisan je obrazac i vođenje građevinske knjige, te ovjeravanje listova građevinske knjige. Dani su prilozi i primjeri situacije i građevinske knjige.
Abstract (english)
In this seminar we analyze the method of calculation of the performed works in the construction phase between the employer and the contractor, the employer and the supervising engineer, the employer and the design engineer, the contractor and the subcontractor. The form of payment for the performed works is also described, which can be done by invoice or certificate. The accounting certificates are described in more detail (progress, payment, final situation), and the form of the certificate is also described. The concepts of the construction book and accounting forms are explained. The form and maintenance of the building book, as well as the certification of the pages of the building book, are described. Attachments and examples of certificate and construction books are given.
