Abstract
Namještaj može biti kompleksan za sastavljanje ili potpuno jednostavan. Ovisno o tome, za namještaj se radi montaža, predmontaža ili se u cijelosti spaja kod krajnjeg korisnika. Za sastavljanje namještaja trebaju se koristi kvalitetni i funkcionalni ručni alati i strojevi. Za montiranje namještaja koriste se usluge montera ili način sastavljanja „uradi sam“. Zbog razvoja tehnologije, u današnje vrijeme strojevi za montažu u pogonu zamjenjuju ljudski rad. Funkcionalnost proizvoda i vijek trajanja ovise o ispravnoj montaži. Neispravno montiran namještaj dovodi do kraćeg vijeka trajanja, ozljeda montera i korisnika te uzrokuje reklamacije proizvođaču. Cilj rada je definirati mjesto i redoslijed operacija i postupaka u montaži namještaja ovisno o tipu proizvoda, strojeve i alate za njihovo provođenje te najčešće korištene drvne i nedrvne elemenate/materijale za spajanje i povezivanje. Prikazane su operacije sastavljanja za glavne vrste namještaja: namještaj za odlaganje, namještaj za rad i blagovanje, namještaj za sjedenje te namještaj za ležanje. Pridruženi su ručni strojevi i alati, strojevi u pogonu za montažu te materijali za montažu namještaja za njihovo provođenje. Osim skicama redoslijeda sastavljanja, namještaj je vizualiziran te prikazan u prostoru uporabom IKEA-inog softvera za planiranje prostora. Nadalje, u radu se procjenjuje koliko tehnološki proces montaže utječe na kvalitetu namještaja.
Abstract (english)
Assembling furniture can be a simple or complex task, depending on the product. Furniture can be pre-assembled, fully assembled, or assembled by the end user. It's important to use quality hand tools and machines during the assembly process. Furniture can be assembled by a fitter or through a "do-it-yourself" method. With the advancement of technology, assembly machines are replacing human labor in furniture plants. Proper assembly is crucial to ensure the product's functionality and service life. Incorrect assembly can lead to injuries to the fitter or user, shorten the product's lifespan, and result in complaints to the manufacturer. The aim of this work was to define the assembly process for different types of furniture, including storage, work and dining, seating, and reclining furniture. We'll cover the necessary machines and tools, as well as the most used materials for joining and connecting wooden and non-wooden elements. Detailed assembly sketches will be provided, and the furniture will be visualized using IKEA's space planning software. Additionally, we'll evaluate the impact of technological advancements on the quality of furniture assembly
