Abstract
Biomehanika je interdisciplinarna znanost koja zakone mehanike primjenjuje na žive organizme. Prema WFOT (The World Federation of Occupational Therapists) radna terapija je klijentu orijentirana zdravstvena profesija koja promovira zdravlje i blagostanje kroz aktivnost i okupaciju. U okviru radne terapije, biomehanika omogućuje razumijevanje pokretanja, analizu pokretanje, te model djelovanja. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati ulogu i širinu primjene biomehanike unutar radnoterapijskog procesa.
