The RDA Event "How to Manage Research Data?" Will Be Held Online

SRCE as the Croatian national RDA node in cooperation with the University Library Rijeka, the University Library Split, the City and University Library Osijek and the National and University Library in Zagreb will hold a series of webinars under the name "How to Manage Research Data?".

The first webinar is for librarians and it will be held on May 25, 2020. All those interested will have the opportunity to hear more about topics related to RDA guidelines and outputs such as the document "23 Things: support for research data management", FAIR data and principles, encouraging researchers to share research data and certification of repositories.

The second webinar is for researchers and it will be held on June 1, 2020, but also webinar is for everyone else who are interested in topics related to research data. All participants will have the opportunity to hear more about the introduction of the mandatory submission of a research data management plan by the Croatian Science Foundation. Furthermore, emphasis will be on the importance of managing and sharing research data, where examples of good practice and data licensing will be presented.
