Abstract
Antonin Artaud bio je i ostao jedna od najutjecajnijih figura francuskog kazališta dvadesetog stoljeća. Kroz svoju ideju kazališta okrutnosti rušio je paradigmu tadašnjeg kazališta, želio mu je dati novu funkciju unutar društva. Danas, Beyonce kao dio društva spektakla čini isto. Koliko god se različitima činili na prvi pogled, oboje donose revoluciju unutar medija u kojem djeluju. Podrivaju paradigmu unutar koje djeluju. Artaud i Beyonce, unatoč velikim razlikama, biraju slična sredstva kojima stvaraju umjetnost i ostavljaju utiske u vremenu.
Abstract (english)
Antonin Artaud was and remains till this day one of the fundamental figures of the twentieth century French theatre. Trough his idea of the theatre of cruelty he broke trough the paradigme of the theatre at the time, he wanted to give it a new role in society. Today, Beyonce is doing the same being a part of the society of spectacle. As different as they may seem at first glimpse, both of them are bringing revolution to the media they take part in. They are depriving the paradigme inside of which they operate. Artaud and Beyonce, despite big differences, choose similar means to create art and leave their marks in the fabric of time.
