Abstract
Ovaj rad pod nazivom „Stanje i filogenetska analiza populacije lipljena (Thymallus thymallus) na području N.P.Risnjak“ opisuje i analizira filogenetsko mjesto populacije lipljena gornjeg toka rijeke Kupe u području N.P.“Risnjak“. Podaci obrađeni u ovom radu su prikupljeni dana 29. listopada 2014. godine na dvije lokacije rijeke Kupe, Kupari i Ušće, te su obrađeni i prikupljeni uzorci peraja lipljena na terenu i laboratoriju Zavoda za ribarstvo, pčelarstvo, lovstvo i specijalnu zoologiju Agronomskog fakulteta u Zagrebu. Utvrđeni su pripadajući haplotipovi lipljena usporedbom svih dobivenih sekvenci DNK lanaca duljine 1089 bp. Analizirani uzorci na ovom području svrstavaju se u četiri različita haplotipa (Da25cs, Da27cs, Thy1, Thy2) koji su uspoređeni sa bazom podataka GenBank. Stanje populacije lipljena u gornjem toku rijeke Kupe pokazuje kako područje ima optimalne uvjete za njegov rast i razvoj. Od ukupno 52 primjerka koja su uzorkovana, lipljen dominira sa 43 jedinke, što je dobar indikator čistoće i kvalitete rijeke Kupe (osjetljiv je na onečišćenje voda).
Abstract (english)
Graduate thesis under topic „The status and phylogenetic analysis of grayling (Thymallus thymallus) population in National park „Risnjak““ describes and analyzes phylogenetic place of grayling population in the upper flow of Kupa river in National park „Risnjak“. The data was collected on 29th October 2014 on two locations of river Kupa (Kupari and Ušće). Collected data (weight (W), length (TL)) and grayling fin samples were processed on the field and in laboratory of the Department of Fishery, Beekeeping, Hunting and Special Zoology of Faculty of Agriculture in Zagreb. By combining all gathered data of sequenced DNA chains with the length of 1089 bp it was established four haplothypes of grayling for this area (Da25cs, Da27cs, Thy1, Thy2). Analyzed haplotypes were compared with GenBank database. Population state of grayling in upper flow of Kupa river shows that this territory has optimal conditions for their growth and development. Out of the 52 caught samples, grayling dominates with the number of 43 samples.
