Abstract
Grah (Phaseolus vulgaris L.), jedna je od vodećih namirnica za ljudsku prehranu u svijetu. Smatra se važnom kulturom zbog svoje nutritivne vrijednosti. U Hrvatskoj grah uzgajaju mali poljoprivredni proizvođači, a u proizvodnji dominiraju tradicijski kultivari. Među najraširenijim kultivarima u proizvodnji je 'Biser'. Ti tradicijski kultivari su prilagođeni specifičnim uzgojnim uvjetima i pokazuju veliku raznolikost morfoloških i agronomskih svojstava. U ovom diplomskom radu ispitan je prinos i sastavnice prinosa 11 primki tradicijskog kultivara graha 'Biser'. Pokus je postavljen po slučajnom bloknom rasporedu, a uzorci su uzimani slučajnim odabirom biljaka pred žetvu. Najmanja je varijabilnost zabilježena za svojstvo masa 1000 zrna (14,20%), a najveća za svojstvo prinos parcelice (151,44%). Proučavane su i korelacije između ispitivanih svojstava te su uočene visokosignifikantne razlike između svojstava: masa zrna po biljci i visina biljke, broj mahuna po biljci i masa zrna po biljci te broj zrna u mahuni i masa zrna po biljci.
Abstract (english)
Bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) is one of the world’s most valuable legume for human consumption. In Croatia beans are grown by small agricultural producers and the majority of the common bean production is based on local landraces. One of these landraces is Navy bean. Traditional cultivars are adapted to specific production conditions and exhibit a wide variability of morphological and agronomic properties. In this research the yield and yield components of 11 traditional Navy bean accessions were examined. For the experiment the randomized block design was used, and the samples were taken randomly prior to harvest. The lowest variability was obtained for the mass of 1000 seeds (14,20%), hile the highest was for the yield of the parcel (151,44%). Concerning the correlations between the examined yield components there were very significant differences between seed weight per plant and plant height, number of pods per plant and seed weight per plant as well as between number of seeds per pod and seed weight per plant.
