Abstract
Prvi dio rada bavi se detektiranjem postojećih problema naselja koji se pojavljuju, a to su slaba artikulacija centra, prometna preopterećenost centra, nedostatak javnih, rehabilitacijskih i sportskih prostora, te sveukupno nedovoljna prilagođenost prostora osobama s invaliditetom i zdravstvenim problemima. Nakon sagledavanja problema, inventarizacije i analize prikupljenih povijesnih, prostorno-planskih i drugih dokumenata i podataka, te komparacije inozemnih primjera odabranih temeljem određenih kriterija, utvrđeni su glavni ciljevi rada. Produkt rada su prikazi prostora i smjernice za artikulaciju centra naselja, ali i šireg područja kao podloga za planiranje cjelokupnog razvoja naselja Krapinske Toplice. Primijenjene su metode terenskog i kabinetskog istraživanja. Terensko istraživanje uključuje odlazak na teren, izradu skica i fotografiranje terena, temeljem kojih su izrađene inventarizacija i analiza prostora. Prikupljenim dokumentima iz kabinetskog istraživanja, načinjena je analiza prostornih i funkcionalnih obilježja naselja prema određenim karakteristikama.
Abstract (english)
The first part of the master's thesis deals with detecting the existing problems of the town, which are the non-articulation and traffic congestion of the centre, lack of public, rehabilitation and recreational facilities and the lack of accessibility for people with disabilities and health issues. After considering the problems, compiling the inventory and analysis of the collected historical, spatial and other data, as well as the comparing of five foreign examples selected according to determined criteria, the main goals of the master's thesis were established. The final product of the work are spatial representations and guidelines for the articulation of the centre of the town and its wider area as a basis for planning of the overall development of Krapinske Toplice. Both field and cabinet research methods were applied in completing the thesis. The field research included a fieldtrip, making sketches and taking photographs of the town, which were used as a basis for inventory and spatial analysis. Documents compiled during the cabinet research were used for an analysis of the spatial and functional characteristics of the town based on determined characteristics.
