Abstract
U ovom radu govorimo o grupama solidarne razmjene (GSR), o njihovoj povijesti te obilježjima i oblicima u kojima se javljaju u različitim zemljama. Nadalje govorimo o povezanosti grupa solidarne razmjene s prehrambenim suverenitetom i društvenim poduzetništvom. U empirijskom dijelu rada istražili smo stavove studenata Agronomskog fakulteta prema grupama solidarne razmjene te njihove stavove prema načelima solidarne ekonomije. Istraživanje je provedeno on-line anketom na uzorku od 100 studenata i studentica Agronomskog fakulteta u Zagrebu. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da većina ispitanika nije upoznata s pojmom grupe solidarne razmjene no da većina ima pozitivne stavove prema načelima grupa solidarne razmjene i konceptu solidarne ekonomije. U zaključku rada naglašavamo potrebu za upoznavanjem ovog oblika prodaje hrane sa širim društvom kroz medije i obrazovne institucije te potrebu za daljnjim empirijskim istraživanjima solidarnih oblika prodaje i kupovine hrane.
Abstract (english)
In this paper we are talking about community supported agriculture (CSA), their history, and the features and forms that occur in different countries. We are also talking about the links between community supported agriculture with food sovereignty and social entrepreneurship. In the empirical part of the paper, we examined attitudes of students from the Faculty of Agriculture to community supported agriculture and their views on the principles of solidarity economics. The survey was conducted on-line survey on a sample of 100 students of the Faculty of Agriculture in Zagreb. The research results show that most respondents are not familiar with the concept of solidarity exchange but that most have positive attitudes towards the principles of community supported agriculture and the concept of solidarity economics. In conclusion, we emphasize the need to introduce this form of food sales to wider society through media and educational institutions, as well as the need for further empirical research into solidarity sales and food purchases.
