Abstract
Mikroorganizmi se nalaze u svim dijelovima biljnih organa. Svaka biljka posjeduje različite mikroorganizme što ovisi o različitim čimbenicima (biljna vrsta, tip tla, prisutnost različitih zajednica mikroorganizama na staništu, abiotski čimbenici itd.). Zajednički naziv za bakterije, arheje i gljive koje se nalaze u ili na određenom dijelu biljke je biljni mikrobiom. Interakcije između članova mikrobiote i biljke domaćina su različite, od mutualističkog do komensalističkog i parazitskog odnosa. Oni utječu na brojne biljne osobine kao što su akumulacija biomase, tolerancija na sušu i vrijeme cvatnje i mnoge druge. Mikroorganizmi u biljci sudjeluju u mnogim reakcijama nužnim za život biljaka, pomažu rast biljaka i njihovu produktivnost, nužni su kod obrane od patogena i ključni su pokazatelji zdravlja biljke. Koriste se za proizvodnju različitih inokulanata koji se dodaju biljkama. Pripravci na bazi korisnih mikroorganizama u poljoprivredi upotrebljavaju se kod tretmana tla, sjemena ili sadnog materijala, uzgoju presadnica i folijarnim tretmanima tijekom vegetacije. Zajednicu koju čine biljka i pripadajući joj mikroorganizmi tvore holobiont. Do danas su razvijene brojne metode kojima se proučava njihovo djelovanje kako bi ih se moglo okarakterizirati i saznati njihovu međusobnu povezanost.
Abstract (english)
Microorganisms are found in all parts of plant organs. Each plant has different microorganisms that depend on different factors (plant species, soil type, availability of different communities of microorganisms in the habitat, abiotic factors, etc.). The common name for bacteria, archaea and fungi found in or on a specific part of the plant is the plant microbiome. The interactions between members of the microbiota and the host plant are different, ranging from mutualistic to commensalistic and parasitic relationship. They affect most traits such as biomass accumulation, drought tolerance and flowering time. Microorganisms in plants have been involved in many of the reactions necessary for plant life, help plant growth and productivity, are essential in pathogen processing and are key indicators of plant health. They are used to produce various inoculants that are added to the plants. Inoculants based on beneficial microorganisms in agriculture are used for the treatment of soil, seeds or planting material, transplanting and foliar treatmants of plants during vegetation. The community of plant and belong microorganisms form the holobiont. Various methods have been developed for studying microorganisms, their actions, caracter and corelation.
