Abstract
Gljive iz roda Trichoderma imaju veliki značaj u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji jer se koriste kao bio-fungicidi i bio-gnojiva. Za uspješno i kvalitetno djelovanje Trichoderma vrsta zaslužna je pseudomikoriza koja se gljiva uključuje u biljni genom i uvjetuje modifikacije koje rezultiraju metaboličkim promjenama. Zahvaljujudi mikorizi dolazi do: povedanja biljnog rasta, indukcija biljnog mehanizma obrane od napada patogena, nematoda, kukaca i boljem podnašanju uvjeta stresa (insolacija, suša, salinitet, itd). Iz zbirke autohtonih izolata izdvojene su T. longibrachiatum i Trichoderma viridescens za koje nisu istražene posljedice pseudomikorize s mrkvom.
Abstract (english)
Trichoderma mushrooms are on of great importance in agricultural production because they are used as bio-fungicides and bio-fertilizers. For the successful and high quality of the Trichoderma species, it is a pseudo-cornea that is involved in the fungi in the plant genome and causes modifications that result in metabolic changes. Thanks to mycorrhiza, there is: increase of plant growth, induction of plant defense mechanism from attack of pathogens, nematodes, insects and better tolerance of stress conditions (insolation, drought, salinity, etc.). From the collection of autochthonous isolates, T. longibrachiatum and Trichoderma viridescens for which the consequences of pseudomycorrhizal with carrot were not investigated.
