Abstract
Regenerativna poljoprivreda zadnjih je desetljeća privukla pažnju poljoprivrednika i šire populacije zbog sveprisutnih klimatskih promjena i neadekvatnih poljoprivrednih praksa diljem svijeta. Načela i principi regenerativne poljoprivrede ističu prednosti višegodišnjih nasada naspram jednogodišnjih. Jedan od oblika višegodišnjih nasada su i voćnjaci. U ovom radu istaknuti su načini integriranja regenerativnih praksi u voćarski nasad, te su iznijeta istraživanja o potencijalu sekvestracije ugljika u spomenutim sustavima. Istraživanjima su potvrđeni pozitivni učinci principa regenerativne poljoprivrede na veću efikasnost upravljanja nasadom, stopu sekvestracije ugljika, veće prinose u voćnjaku i dr.
Abstract (english)
Regenerative agriculture has attracted the attention of farmers and the general population in recent decades due to ubiquitous climate change and inadequate agricultural practices around the world. The principles of regenerative agriculture emphasize the advantages of perennial plantations over annuals. Fruit orchards are also one of the forms of perennial plantations. In this paper, the ways of integrating regenerative practices into fruit orchards are highlighted, and research on the potential of carbon sequestration in the mentioned systems is presented. Research has confirmed the positive effects of the principles of regenerative agriculture on greater efficiency of crop management, the rate of carbon sequestration, higher yields in fruit orchard, etc.
