Abstract
Reprodukcija predstavlja osnovu svake animalne proizvodnje. Svaka laktacija započinje teljenjem, stoga ukoliko ne dođe do ponovnog teljenja krava, proizvodnja mlijeka pada te posljedično prestaje. U mliječnih krava često dolazi do pojave toplinskog stresa, stresa uzrokovanog lošim menadžmentom te stresa uslijed visoke proizvodnje. Stres uvelike narušava reproduktivnu učinkovitost mliječnih krava čime posljedično smanjuje učinkovitost i ekonomičnost proizvodnje mlijeka. Upravo iz tog razloga nužno je prevenirati pojavu stresa. Učinke stresa na reprodukciju moguće je smanjiti/prevenirati dobrom izolacijom staja, korištenjem sustava hlađenja životinja, postavljanjem sjenila ukoliko se krave drže na otvorenom, pravilnim hranidbenim menadžmentom, načinom držanja i dr.
Abstract (english)
Reproduction is the base of animal production. Lactation begins with calving, so absence of calving is obligate for milk production. Dairy cows are often exposure to heat stress, stress caused by poor management and stress caused by high milk production. Stress greatly impairs the reproductive efficiency of dairy cows, which in turn reduces the efficiency and economy of milk production. Because of that, it is necessary to prevent the occurrence of stress in dairy cows. The stress effects on reproduction can be reduced/prevented by good isolation of stables, use of animal cooling systems, installation of shades if cows are kept outdoors, proper nutrition management, housing, etc.
