Abstract
Onečišćenje okoliša predstavlja jedan od najvažnijih problema današnjice. Polazeći od navedene problematike, ovim radom provedeno je istraživanje koncentracija kadmija i olova u šest samoniklih vrsta jestivih gljiva od čega tri saprotrofne vrste: Armilariella mellea (Vahl. ex Fr.) Karst., Clitocybe inversa (Scop. ex Fr.) Pat. i Macrolepiota procera (Scop. ex Fr.) Sing.,) te tri simbiotske vrste: Lactarius deterrimus Groger, Boletus edulis Bull. ex Fries i Tricholoma portentosum (Fr.). na području Zrinske Gore. Koncentracija kadmija i olova određena je pomoću atomskog apsorpcijskog spektrometra - AAS (SOLAR-THERMO SCIENTIFIC, Type M5 AA System). Najveća prosječna koncentracija kadmija (1,205 mg kg-1) i olova (1,587 mg kg-1) utvrđena je u vrsti Macrolepiota procera. Utvrđene su značajno (P<0,05) veće koncentracije kadmija i olova u klobucima nego u stručcima u analiziranim vrstama gljiva. Vrijednost faktora biokoncentracije veće od 1, ukazuju da odabrane vrste gljiva imaju potencijal za nakupljanja kadmija. Rezultati ovog istraživanja korisni su za razumijevanje akumulacije kamdija i olova u samoniklim jestivim saprotrofnim i simbiontskim vrstama gljiva prikupljenim na području Zrinske gore.
Abstract (english)
Environmental pollution is one of the most important problems today. Based on this problem, studied the concentrations of cadmium and lead in six wild edible mushroom species, three of which are saprotrophic species: Armilariella mellea (Vahl. ex Fr.) Karst., Clitocybe inversa (Scop. ex Fr.) Pat. and Macrolepiota procera (Scop. ex Fr.) Sing.) and three symbiotic species: Lactarius deterrimus Groger, Boletus edulis Bull. ex Fries and Tricholoma portentosum (Fr.). in the Zrinska Gora area. The concentration of cadmium and lead was determined using an atomic absorption spectrometer AAS (SOLAR-THERMO SCIENTIFIC, type M5 AA system). The highest average concentration of cadmium (1.205 mg kg-1) and lead (1.587 mg kg-1) was determined in the species Macrolepiota procera. Significantly (P < 0.05) higher concentrations of cadmium and lead were found in the caps than in the pods of the studied fungal species. The value of bio concentration factor more than 1 indicates that the selected fungal species have the potential to accumulate cadmium. The results of this study are useful for understanding the behaviour of lead and lead accumulation in wild saprotrophic and symbiotic mushrooms species collected in the Zrinska Gora area.
