Abstract
Zrna žitarica i uljarica u skladišta uglavnom dolaze u rinfuzi te sadrže strane tvari. Da bi ih uskladištili u skladištima i silosima, moraju proći proces čišćenja i dorade proizvoda. Oba procesa su od velike važnosti za krajnji proizvod, a moraju se provesti kako bi se proizvod mogao skladištiti na određeni vremenski period gdje je izložen gubitcima, kvarenjima i ne povoljnim uvjetima. U proces skladištenja ubrajamo više procesa: prijem robe, uzimanje uzoraka, vaganje, prvo čišćenje, sušenje te čišćenje nakon sušenja.
Abstract (english)
Cereal grains and oilseeds in warehouses mostly come in bulk and contain foreing substances. In order to put them in warehouses and silos, they have to go through the process of cleaning and finifhing the products. Both processes are of great important for the product and they must be carried out so that the product can be stored for a certain period of thime where it is exposed to losses, spoilage and unfavorable conditions. The storage process includes receiving the goods, taking samples, weighing, first cleaning, drying and cleaning after drying
