Abstract (english) | This research was conducted in Slovenian fishery Pšata, where rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) eggs were delivered from Denmark. As there is a few days time difference between larvae's being hatched and the egg yolk being absorbed, the aim of this study was to determine whether this time difference of eggs incubation affects the further development of the fry, while held under the same conditions, at the water temperature of 10 ºC and fed by Biomar food in equal amounts. On the 10.4.2017. was the first separation of the fry which started with active feeding in 3 pools (1A, 1B, 1C) per 100 pieces, while on the 14.4.2017 was a second separation of the fry which started with active feedind later, also deployed in 3 pools (2A, 2B, 2C) per 100 pieces. The first mass measurement was done on the 16.5.1017. The second measurement was done a day earlier than planned, on the 19.5.2017. but using the SGRw mass was successfully compensated for one day, so that we could compare the fry of both groups (1ABC and 2ABC) on the equal number of days from seperation. The third measurement was on the 25.6.2017, and the last fourth measurement was four days after the 29.6.2017. From the last measurement we can see that there is no statistically justified difference in mass (p> 0.05) between the group 1ABC (4,6809 ± 1,08334) and 2ABC (4,5761 ± 0,86185), while there is a statistically justified difference in SGRw ( p<0.05), group 2ABC has significantly higher SGRw (5.0064 ± 0.05394) than group 1ABC (4.7711 ± 0.01715). This means that in the second group 2ABC the backlog of 4 days was compensated. It is also noted that deaths in the second group (2ABC) were 3.7%, and in the first group (1ABC) only 1%, which could mean that higher density of the fry in the first group (1ABC) could have an impact on a lower growth rate. |
