Abstract
Cilj istraživanja bio je utvrditi utjecaj biostimulatora 'Bio-algeen S-92' i poboljšivača tla 'Azomite' na mineralni sastav i prinos rotkvice. Monofaktorijelni pokus proveden je u proljeće 2016. godine u visokom tunelu na obiteljskom poljoprivrednom gospodarstvu Mladen Martinec u Zagrebu. Postavljen je po metodi slučajnog bloknog rasporeda u četiri ponavljanja i uključivao je rotkvicu sorte 'Celesta' i četiri tretmana: 'Bio-algeen S-92' (BA), 'Azomite' (AZ), 'Bio-algeen S-92+Azomite' (BA+AZ) i kontrola (K) bez BA i AZ. Veća relativna stopa rasta svježe mase biljke, nadzemnog i podzemnog dijela ukazuje na brži rast rotkvice u mlađem stadiju. Učinak tretmana BA i AZ te njihove kombinacije na tržni prinos hipokotila rotkvice je bio pozitivan, obzirom na 32, 21 i 31 % veći prinos u odnosu na kontrolu. Kombinacija BA+AZ pri berbi je imala relativno veće vrijednosti broja listova, svježe mase biljke, nadzemnog i podzemnog dijela te značajno veću količinu fosfora, kalija, kalcija i magnezija te željeza, mangana i bakra.
Abstract (english)
The aim of the research was to examine the effect of biostimulator "Bio-algeen S-92" and soil improver "Azomite" on mineral composition and yield of radish. The experiment was carried out in spring of 2016, in a tall tunnel, located on a family farm Mladen Martinec in Zagreb. It was set up in a randomized block design in four repetitions and each repetition included radish, variety ‘Celesta’ and four treatments: ‘Bio-algeen S-92’ (BA), ‘Azomite’ (AZ), ‘Bioalgeen S-92+ Azomite’ (BA+AZ) and control without BA and AZ. The higher relative growth rate of the fresh mass of the plant, the above ground and the underground mass indicates a faster growth of the radish in the younger stage. The effect of the BA and AZ treatments and their combination on the market yield of the radish was positive, considering 32, 21 and 31% higher yield in comparison to control. The combination of BA+AZ at harvest had a relatively higher number of leaves, fresh mass of plants, above ground and underground mass, and significantly higher amounts of phosphorus, potassium, calcium and magnesium and iron, manganese and copper.
