Abstract
U diplomskom radu „Uzgoj trpova roda Holothuria“ daje se iscrpan pregled rezultata do sada poduzetih istraživanja uzgoja trpova. Oko 1250 vrsta Holothuriana nalazi se po oceanima i morima, na svim širinama, od obala do podmorskih nizina. Imaju važnu ulogu u ekosustavu oceana, recikliraju hranjive tvari iz šljunka i organskih tvari. U radu se prikazuje kako zbog svog kvalitetnog nutritivnog sastava i izrazite ljekovitosti, od trpa ljudi mogu imati višestruke koristi, te koji su izazovi lova i uzgoja trpova u svijetu. Koristila se metoda sinteze i analize dostupnih rezultata znanstvenih istraživanja. Tako rad prikazuje saznanja o biologiji, akvakulturi, nutritivnim vrijednostima i ljekovitim svojstvima u prehrani čovjeka. Zaključak rada je kako je velika mogućnost kako će u budućnosti zbog jednostavne tehnologije uzgoja i kroz dobar marketing trp „zavladati tržištem“.
Abstract (english)
Thesis paper "Holothuria Growing Breed" gives an exhaustive overview of the results of the research so far undertaken. About 1250 species of Holothurians are found on the oceans and seas, in all widths, from shore to undersea plains. They play an important role in the ocean ecosystem, recycle nutrients from shrubs and organic matter. The paper shows that due to its high quality nutritional constituents and distinct healing properties, people can benefit from multiple benefits, answering the questions of challenges of breeding and hunting of seacucumber worldwide. This paper uses the method of synthesis and analysis of the available scientific research results. It presents results of research on biology of seacucumber, mariculture, nutrition value of seacucumber and healing properties when included in nutrition. The conclusion is that it is a great possibility that in the future, because of the simple technologies, it will grow through a good marketing to "dominate the market".
