2. Kako na učenike utječu njihova okolina i mediji? 3. Kako ostvariti personaliziran pristup učenicima u predmetnoj nastavi Likovna kultura?
Abstract (english) The purpose of this research is to point out the importance of developing identity and individuality of elementary school students through artistic expression. The development of individuality and identity at the age of the target group is extremely important for the emotional and psychological health of students. Personalized artistic expression at school and at home can help with this. The problem from which this research starts are frequent conditions among students, such as insecurity, lack of interest in class and fulfilling obligations, feelings of misunderstanding and possible problematic behavior, which can be related to the appearance and development of anxiety. Anxiety in the artistic expression of students manifests itself through creative blockages, a lack of motivation to fulfill obligations or to express themselfs artistically, a lack of creativity that manifests itself in the use of templates and following trends from social networks and the media, a lack of support from parents at home or teachers at school or guiding the child in a direction he is not interested in. For the above reasons, it is necessary to enable personalized artistic expression in art classes. Various points of view confirm that children express themselves artistically in order to show what they are interested in, which contributes to individuality, self-awareness, creativity and shaping of identity. In this research, the emphasis was on the process itself and it's therapeutic effect, not on the art product as a result of that process. The goal of the research itself was to examine what kind of incentive is there for the development and shaping of the identity and individuality of students in class currently, to check what role authorities, teachers, parents and the media play in this and whether they encourage them. Finally, to offer guidelines for the psychological empowerment of students through personalized artistic expression. The results of the research answered the following research questions: 1. Do the students have a clear picture of what they are interested in? 2. How can students be influenced by the environment and the media? 3. How to achieve a personalized approach to the students in the art class?
