Abstract | Nautički turizam pokriva ne samo more, nego i rijeke, kanale i jezera. Usprkos postojećim postignućima, nautički turizam svojom kvalitetom u brojnim aspektima ponude nije dostigao nivo isplativosti prirodnog i povijesnog kulturnog blaga, kao ni geografske pogodnosti razvitka, stoga time u Hrvatskoj razvojni potencijali nisu valorizirani. Sukladno o tome, bit će riječi o nautičkom turizmu, definiranju i razvrstavanju istog, o lukama nautičkog turizma, o definiciji i podjeli riječnog cruising-a, o plovnim putovima i ponudi te potražnji riječnog cruising-a, o hrvatskim lukama riječnog cruising-a, lokalnom gospodarstvu i turizmu općenito. |
Abstract (english) | Nautical tourism covers not only sea but rivers, canals and lakes also. On the rivers, especially the rivers that are navigable, river cruising is developed, with reference to big cruise ship cruise that is developed in particular on big navigable rivers of Europe. Ports of river cruising are specifically customized for the reception of big cruise ships, as for example ports Passau, Wien, Budapest and others, and on that waterway three small Croatian ports are situated, whose capacities are, in regards to big ports and cities of Europe, still modest. Despite existing achievements, nautical tourism with its quality in numerous aspects of supply has not reached the level of cost-effectiveness of natural and historical cultural treasures, as well as the geographical benefits of development, therefore development potentials in Croatia are not valorised. Unfavourable impact of tourism on space and the environment can be reduced by properly managing its development which involves prudent and controlled use of space for capacity building and implementation of environmental protection measures. It is necessary for Croatia to preserve its natural beauty, which is the reason for the arrival of sailors with the introduction of a better service of acceptance of vessels, primarily in the ports of nautical tourism. Ports Vukovar, Osijek and Ilok, have been receiving river cruise ships for 20 years, and at those destinations domestic offers are developing and increasingly adapting to the needs of cruiser passengers. The final thesis paper deals with function of river cruising for the purpose of tourism development. Accordingly, it will be about nautical tourism, defining and classifying it, about the ports of nautical tourism, definition and classification of river cruising, about waterways, supply and demand of river cruising, about Croatian ports of river cruising, local economy and tourism in general. |
