Abstract
Završni rad „Oblikovanje kostima za dramsku predstavu prema djelu Tri sestre Antona P. Čehova“ bavi se istraživanjem ruske mode s kraja 19. i početka 20. stoljeća te njezinom primjenom u oblikovanju kostima za dramske likove. Kroz analizu likova Olge, Maše i Irine autorica prikazuje njihovu unutarnju stagnaciju i životnu borbu putem suptilnih, ali značajnih modnih elemenata. Kostimi odražavaju društveni položaj obitelji Prozorov koji je povezan s višim staležom, ali bez raskoši karakteristične za carski dvor. Korišteni su autentični ruski odjevni komadi poput kokoshnikova kako bi se istaknula povezanost likova s tradicionalnim vrijednostima. Odabirom materijala, boja i krojeva, kostimi su kreirani tako da odražavaju emocionalna stanja i socijalne pozicije likova doprinoseći dubljem razumijevanju dramskog konteksta.
Abstract (english)
The final paper "Costume Design for the Stage Production of Anton P. Chekhov's Three Sisters" explores the fashion of late 19th and early 20th century Russia and its application in the design of costumes for the play’s characters. Through the analysis of the characters Olga, Masha, and Irina, the author portrays their inner stagnation and life struggles through subtle yet significant fashion elements. The costumes reflect the social status of the Prozorov family, which is connected to the upper class, but without the opulence characteristic of the imperial court. Authentic Russian garments, such as kokoshniks, are used to emphasize the characters' ties to traditional values. The selection of materials, colors, and cuts is designed to reflect the emotional states and social positions of the characters, contributing to a deeper understanding of the dramatic context.
