Abstract
Važnost ljudskog djelovanja kroz poduzetništvo postaje sve izraženija, kako u Republici Hrvatskoj, tako i globalno. Stoga su u radu prikazani neki od najuspješnijih hrvatskih i svjetskih poduzetničkih pothvata. Poduzetništvo je sveprisutnije i u kreativnim i kulturnim industrijama. Analizirana je važnost sposobnosti poduzetnika, uključujući njihovu kreativnost, samopouzdanje i hrabrost, kao ključne čimbenike uspjeha poslovnih pothvata. Kroz pregled primjera iz prakse i teorijskih okvira, rad istražuje utjecaj poduzetništva na gospodarski razvoj, kao i prilike te izazove s kojima se suočavaju poduzetnici u današnjem dinamičnom poslovnom okruženju. Poduzetništvo se pokazuje kao ključni pokretač inovacija, društvenog napretka i stvaranja novih radnih mjesta, što ga čini neizostavnim dijelom suvremene ekonomije.
Abstract (english)
The importance of human activity through entrepreneurship is becoming increasingly prominent, both in the Republic of Croatia and globally. This paper presents some of the most successful Croatian and global entrepreneurial ventures. Entrepreneurship is also becoming more prevalent in the creative and cultural industries. The importance of entrepreneurial abilities, including creativity, confidence and courage, is analyzed as key factors for the success of business ventures. Through an overview of practical examples and theoretical frameworks, the paper explores the impact of entrepreneurship on economic development, as well as the opportunities and challenges entrepreneurs face in today's dynamic business environment. Entrepreneurship is identified as a key driver of innovation, social progress and creation of new work places, which makes it an indispensable part of the modern economy.
