Abstract
Rad „Inferno” nastao je kao spontana sinteza različitih interpretacija pakla iz medija koje konzumiram, kao što su stripovi, filmovi i računalne videoigre. Rad je izveden isključivo grafitnom olovkom u nastojanju da se crtež olovkom s razine alata za skiciranje podigne na razinu medija kojim se radovi završavaju u potpunosti te da kroz proces izvedbe poboljšam svoje tehničke sposobnosti crtanja. Rad je velikog formata, visine 150 cm i duljine 320 cm, svojom veličinom zaokuplja pažnju gledatelja u galerijskom prostoru te izmjenom manjih i većih elemenata tjera na udaljavanje i približavanje od rada da gledatelj u potpunosti vidi rad.
Abstract (english)
The work "Inferno" emerged as a spontaneous synthesis of various interpretations of hell from the media I consume, such as comics, films, and video games. The piece is executed entirely in graphite pencil, with the intention of elevating pencil drawing to the level of a fully finished medium, rather than just a sketching tool, and through the execution process, improving my technical drawing skills. The work is large in format, measuring 150 cm in height and 320 cm in length. Its size captivates the viewer's attention in the gallery space, and the alternation of smaller and larger elements compels the observer to step back and approach the piece in order to fully see it.
