Abstract
Dadaizam (DADA) središnji je pokret umjetničke avangarde. U određenim instancama dadaizam se ni ne smatra umjetničkim pravcem ili pokretom već filozofijom, religijom, ideologijom, stanjem, itd. Takva koncepcija proizlazi iz antimodernističke naracije dadaizma koji afirmira alogičnost i zaumni diskurs. Sukladno radikalnim težnjama, DADA je specifičan po svojim revolucionarnim invencijama na potezu likovne i književne umjetnosti. Unatoč kratkovječnosti pokreta (1916. – 1922.) njegovo nasljeđe je gotovo nepregledno i nepojmljivo po svom utjecaju budući da je fragmentirano i revitalizirano među kasnijim pokretima i umjetnicima. Većinski dio postmodernih poetika svoje početke nalazi upravo u DADI, a one su rezultat dadaističkih eksperimenata na području hipercitatnosti, zauma i odbijanja tradicionalnih konvencija. Ti eksperimenti su s vremenom kulminirali u ukalupljene forme poput: konkretnog, vizualnog i akustičnog pjesništva; kolaža, asamblaža, performansa, happeninga, itd. Dekonstrukcijom tih formi, stječe se senzibilitet za dadaističke inovacije koje su u konačnici obilježile ahistoričnost, hipercitatnost, metatekstualnost, itd. postmodernističke umjetničke proizvodnje.
Abstract (english)
Dadaism (DADA) is the central movement of the artistic avant garde. In some instances dadaism is not even considered as an art movement but as a philosophy, state religion, ideology, state of mind, etc. That conception comes from the anti-modernist narrative of dadaism which accentuates irrationalism and Zaum discourse. Considering the radical affections of DADA, the movement is specific for its revolutionary inventions in the field of visual and literary arts. Despite the short life span of the movement (1916. – 1922.) its heritage had, and still has an enormous influence despite being fragmented and revitalized by later movements and artists. Therefore, a major part of postmodern poetics finds its roots amongst the dadaist experiments on the field of hypercitation, zaum discourse and rejecting traditional conventions. Those experiments culminated with time into recognizable forms like: concrete, visual and acoustic poetry; collage, assemblage, performance, happening, etc. With the deconstruction of these forms, one can perceive the sensibility for DADA inventions which marked many cornerstones of the postmodern artistic production.
