Abstract
Profitni položaj poduzeća je ključni faktor u procjeni uspješnosti poduzetničkog pothvata jer omogućuje uvid u stanje na temelju kojeg bi poduzeće uspješno poslovalo unutar svoje industrije. Kako bi došli do te procjene prvo trebamo analizirati u kakvoj se situaciji nalazi naša konkurencija u industriji koju smo odabrali, u našem slučaju to je industrija fitness centara na području grada Zagreba. Nakon toga trebamo istražiti karakteristike naših potencijalnih potrošača kao što su primjerice, spol, dob, i broj. Te karakteristike će nam omogućiti detaljniji uvid u naše potencijalne potrošače. Sada krećemo sa dijelom završnog rada koji se svodi na računanje prihodnog i troškovnog položaja našeg poduzetničkog pothvata što nam omogućuje da kad ta dva izračuna sučelimo jedan s drugim, dođemo do konačnog izračuna odnosno do profitnog položaja. Izračunom profitnog položaja možemo utvrditi da li bi naš poduzetnički pothvat bio profitabilan i kakve bi poslovne odluke trebali donositi u budućnosti. Kao izvore podataka u ovom završnom radu koristili smo stručnu literaturu i internetske izvore.
Abstract (english)
Company's profit position is a key factor in evaluating a success of a business venture because it allows an insight into the state in which that same business which is being evaluated would have operated successfuly in its industry. In order to evaluate that state we first have to analyze in which situation is our competition in regarding the industry that we have chosen, and that industry in our case is fitness center industry in the city of Zagreb. After that we have to research the characteristics of our potential consumers, for example, sex, age and number. These charateristics will give us a more detailed insight into our potential consumers. Now is the time for part of the text which is based on evaluating positions regarding revenue and expenses of our business venture which culmination allows us to determine the profit position. By determining the profit position we can conclude whether or not our business venture will be profitable and we can determine what kind of business decisions we will be making in the future. As a sources of data in this text we have used professional literature and internet sources.
