Abstract
Every business aims to make a profit. In order to achieve this, every company must analyze its business with various systems of indicators. The most important indicator is the profit and loss account and the balance sheet from which all further indicators will be calculated. What every controller needs are the five most important numbers from the profit and loss account and balance sheet, and they are: income, profit, total assets, principal and amortization. The controller will also calculate those indicators that will analyze the business in more detail and give management an insight into the return on sales, the return on equity, the return on assets, the asset turnover ratio and the balance of funds in the company's giro account through cash flow. All the above indicators in the paper will be processed through the operations of Hrvatski Telekom in 2020.
