Abstract
Tema ovoga rada je krizni menadžment. Krizni menadžment važan je dio poslovnog ciklusa te je izrazito bitan tvrtkama koje se nalaze u krizi kako bi je što bolje identificirale i riješile, ali i spriječile da se ponovno pojavi. Cilj ovoga završnog rada je definirati krizu tvrtke, detaljno analizirati životni ciklus krize, opisati moguće vrste kriza, njezine moguće uzroke te ponašanje ljudi za vrijeme krize. Ključevi upravljanja krizom su predviđanje, planiranje, priprema i obuka. Učinkovito upravljanje krizama zahtijeva aktivnu komunikaciju s dioničarima, financijskim i državnim institucijama te drugim sudionicima zainteresiranima za uspjeh ili neuspjeh organizacije. Posljedice neplaniranja kriznog komuniciranja štetne su za zaposlenike, profit, moral i sve druge aspekte organizacije.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper is crisis management. Crisis management is an important part of the business cycle and is extremely important for companies in crisis in order to better identify and resolve it, but also to prevent it from reappearing. The task of this final paper is to define the company's crisis, analyze in detail the life cycle of the crisis, describe possible types of crises, its possible causes, and the behavior of people during the crisis, both employees and citizens who learn about the crisis from the media community. The keys to crisis management are anticipation, planning, preparation and training. Effective crisis management requires active communication with shareholders, financial institutions, government institutions and other stakeholders interested in the success or failure of the organization. The consequences of not planning crisis communication are harmful for employees, profits, morale and all other aspects of the organization.
