Abstract
Poduzetništvo se može označiti kao proces ulaganja resursa u određenu poslovnu aktivnost radi ostvarivanja određenih ekonomskih učinaka. Poduzetništvo se danas smatra generatorom ekonomskog rasta i razvoja gospodarstva u cjelini. S makroekonomskog stajališta, poduzetništvo utječe na veću zaposlenost, tehnološki napredak zemlje te poticanje razvoja temeljenog na znanju. S mikroekonomskog stajališta, poduzetničke aktivnosti znače otvaranje novih poduzeća, proizvodnju novih proizvoda i usluga, stvaranje tržišnih niša i dr. Poduzetništvo je akcelerator cjelokupnog gospodarstva svake ekonomije. Ono je ključni element za povećanje konkurentnosti društva kroz generiranje rasta i otvaranje novih radnih mjesta. Razvojem poduzetništva jača ukupna snaga gospodarstva. Stoga, poduzetništvo treba biti inkorporirano u gospodarski i cjelokupni društveni sustav da bi se osigurala njegova učinkovita funkcionalnost i razvoj, kao pretpostavke razvoja gospodarstva i društvenoga blagostanja. Poduzetničke alternative su: osnivanje novog poduzeća, kupnja postojećeg poduzeća, franšiza, nasljeđivanje poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
Entrepreneurship can be defined as the process of investing resources in a particular business activity in order to achieve certain economic effects. Entrepreneurship today is considered a generator of economic growth and development of the economy as a whole. From a macroeconomic point of view, entrepreneurship has an impact on higher employment, the country's technological progress and the promotion of knowledgebased development. From the microeconomic point of view, entrepreneurial activities mean opening new companies, production of new products and services, creation of market niches, etc. Entrepreneurship is the accelerator of the entire economy of any economy. It is a key element for increasing the competitiveness of society through generating growth and creating new jobs. The development of entrepreneurship strengthens the overall strength of the economy. Therefore, entrepreneurship should be incorporated into the economic and overall social system to ensure its effective functionality and development, as prerequisites for economic development and social well-being. Entrepreneurial alternatives are: starting a new company, buying an existing company, franchising, inheriting a company.
