Abstract
Donošenje odluke o ulaganju ne bi trebalo prepusti slučaju ili slobodnoj procjeni. Kako bi prepoznali učinkovit i isplativ projekt koristimo metode procjene financijske efikasnosti određenog projekta. Kroz ovaj rad najprije ćemo pojasnit teorijske pojmove koji se odnose na projekt i pravila budžetiranja kapitala odnosno na metode ocjene financijske efikasnosti projekta koje prethode donošenju odluke o ulaganju ili ne ulaganju u neki projekt. Koristeći temeljnim i dodatnim metodama ocjene efikasnosti na primjeru projekta procijeniti ćemo njegovu efikasnost, a temeljem dobivenih rezultata procijenit ćemo isplativost projekta i donijeti odgovarajuću odluku.
Abstract (english)
Making an investment decision should not be adrift or concede to free discretion. In order to recognize an effective and profitable project, assessment of financial efficiency methods should be used. Through this paper, we will first clarify the theoretical terms related to the project and capital budgeting rules, i.e. assessment of the financial efficiency methods of the project that precede the decision to invest or not to invest in a project. Using basic and additional methods of efficiency assessment, on project example, we will estimate its efficiency and by the results obtained estimate its cost-effectiveness and make an effective decision.
