Abstract
U radu je obrađena tema Analiza financijskog poslovanja poduzeća sa osvrtom na poduzeće Podravka d.d. Poslovanje poduzeća prikazuju financijski izvještaji, koji između ostalog pružaju informacije zainteresiranim strankama o financijskom položaju poduzeća kao i o uspješnosti poslovanja, odnosno informiranje o temeljima za uspješno upravljanje. Podravka, je vodeća kompanija u području prehrambene industrije i farmaceutike, nastala davne 1947. godine u Koprivnici. O kvaliteti proizvoda govori činjenica da u više od 40 država diljem svijeta plasira svoje proizvode što može zahvaliti velikom broju potrošača koji su prepoznali vrijednost proizvoda. Kako bi se prikazala uspješnost poslovanja te položaj Podravke na tržištu, analizirani su financijski izvještaji poduzeća Podravka za razdoblje od 2018. do 2020. godine. Provedena je vertikalna i horizontalna analiza financijskih izvještaja te analiza putem financijskih pokazatelja.
Abstract (english)
The paper deals with the topic Analysis of the financial performance of the company with reference to the company XY. The company's operations are presented in the financial statements, which, among other things, provide information to interested parties on the financial position of the company as well as on the performance of the company, ie information on the foundations for successful management. Podravka, one of the leading companies in Southeast, Central and Eastern Europe, was established in 1947, on the foundations of the former Wolf Fruit Jam and Fruit Factory. Based in Koprivnica, today it operates in two main business segments: food and pharmaceuticals, and many consumers have recognized the value of the product and placed their trust in more than forty countries around the world. Based on the financial statements of Podravka d.d. for the period from 2018 to 2020, horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements and analysis through financial indicators were conducted in order to show the business performance and position of the company in the market.
