Abstract | Danas je uobičajeno korištenje društvenih mreža u poslovnim organizacijama i poslovanju. Ta činjenica ukazuje na to kako suvremen način poslovanja uključuje drugačije načine promoviranja poslovnih organizacija, odnosno njihovih proizvoda kao i usluga koje nude. Društvene mreže pružaju velike prednosti, poput globaliziranosti, povezanosti s drugim subjektima na tržištu te lakše dostupnosti informacija. Osim toga, mogu imati i neke od nedostataka koji se još uvijek manji u usporedbi s prednostima. Današnje suvremeno doba krasi globaliziranost, sve brža promjena tržišta kao i tehnološkog napretka pa je svakoj osobi danas dostupan i Internet gdje mu se pruža mogućnost dopuniti svoje znanje i prikupiti nužne ili potrebne informacije. Činjenica je kako se poslovanje tvrtki ubrzano mijenja uslijed tehnološkog napretka koji im povratno omogućava razvoj gotovo svih aspekata poslovanja. Ovim radom predstavit će se komunikacija tvrtke Hrvatske šume d.o.o. koja se značajno promijenila u posljednjih nekoliko godina. U svom poslovanju, koje je dodatno ojačala i osuvremenila pandemija koronavirusa, korištene su društvene mreže kako bi se komuniciralo sa korisnicima, odnosno zainteresiranom javnosti, dok su za potrebe internih sastanaka i sudjelovanja na konferencijama te webinarima bile korištene aplikacije Zoom te Microsoft Teams. Stoga, u radu je prikazano kretanje prema korištenim aplikacijama, posebice kada se radi o Hrvatskim šumama te općenito o stanju danas kada imamo fenomen društvenih mreža i njeno mijenjanje kroz povijest pa do značajnosti kakvu imaju danas. |
Abstract (english) | Today, the presence of social networks in the business of companies is increasing. This fact indicates that the modern way of doing business includes different ways of promoting companies, i.e. their products as well as the services they offer. Social networks offer many advantages such as globalization, that is, connectivity, and easier access to information. In addition, they may have some disadvantages that are still hidden above the advantages. Today's modern era is characterized by globalization, increasingly rapid changes in the market as well as technological progress, so the Internet is available to every person today, where he is given the opportunity to supplement his knowledge and gather necessary or necessary information. It is a fact that the business operations of companies are rapidly changing due to technological progress enables the development of almost all aspects of business. In this paper, the communication of the company Hrvatske šume d.o.o. will be presented. Which has changed significantly in the last few years.. In its business, which was further strengthened and modernized by the current coronavirus pandemic, social networks were used to communicate with users, i.e. the interested public, such as Facebook, while for the needs of internal meetings as well as participation in conferences and webinars, the Zoom and Microsoft Teams applications were used. Therefore, the paper shows the movement towards this, especially when it comes to Croatian forests and in general the state it is in today when it comes to a phenomenon such as social networks and its they change throughout history to the importance they have today. |
