Abstract U ovome radu istražuje se položaj žena u poduzetništvu. Iako su žene zastupljene u svim granama poslovanja, i dalje su u manjini na vodećim poslovnim pozicijama. Kroz rad će se istražiti kakav je život i kakva su prava žena bila prije. Poduzetništvo je jedna od najvažnijih grana poslovanja, stoga je uloga žena jednako važna kao i uloga muškarca. Žene posjeduju određene karakteristike, kao osjećajnost za tim i zaposlenike, njeguju međuljudske odnose, organizirane su i motivirane. Dok muškarci više voda računa oko financija i investicija. Kroz povijest žene nisu imale prava kao što ih imaju sada, npr. nisu imale pravo na rad, dok danas žene mogu biti lideri korporacija ili start up-a. Stereotipi poput „posao je za muškarce“ su nešto s čime se mnoge žene susreću, pa čak i u današnje vrijeme. Također, žene se smatra osjetljivijima te im se zbog toga ne vjeruje da mogu jednako dobro biti vođe kao i muškarci. Uzrok stereotipa i diskriminacije je nedovoljna svijest o nejednakosti žena i muškaraca. Analiza pokazuje da iako su žene postigle značajan napredak u poduzetništvu posljednjih godina, i dalje se suočavaju s brojnim preprekama. Postoje razni programi i projekti koji potiču žene da postanu samostalne, samostalno vode svoj posao, budu motivirane te se bore za njihova prava u globalu. Kroz primjere uspješnih žena u Republici Hrvatskoj i svijetu pokazati će se kako postoji velik potencijal među ženama. Njihova kreativnost, inovativnost i upornost igraju ključnu ulogu u stvaranju novih poslovnih prilika i poticanju gospodarskog rasta. Na temelju provedenih istraživanja, zaključujemo da žene igraju ključnu ulogu u poduzetništvu i da je nužno stvarati poticajno okruženje kako bi se njihov poduzetnički potencijal iskoristio u punoj mjeri.
Abstract (english) This paper examines the position of women in entrepreneurship. Although women are represented in all branches of business, they are still in the minority in leading business positions. The work will explore what life was like and what women's rights were like before. Entrepreneurship is one of the most important branches of business, therefore the role of women is as important as the role of men. Women possess certain characteristics, such as sensitivity for the team and employees, they nurture interpersonal relationships, they are organized and motivated. While men are more concerned with finances and investments. Throughout history, women did not have the same rights as they do now, for example, they did not have the right to work, while today women can be leaders of corporations or start-ups. Stereotypes like "work is for men" are something that many women face, even today. Also, women are considered more sensitive and therefore are not believed to be as good leaders as men. The cause of stereotypes and discrimination is insufficient awareness of the inequality between women and men. The analysis shows that although women have made significant progress in entrepreneurship in recent years, they still face numerous obstacles. There are various programs and projects that encourage women to become independent, run their own business, be motivated and fight for their rights globally. Through the examples of successful women in the Republic of Croatia and the world, it will be shown that there is great potential among women. Their creativity, innovation and persistence play a key role in creating new business opportunities and stimulating economic growth. Based on the conducted research, we conclude that women play a key role in entrepreneurship and that it is necessary to create a stimulating environment in order to fully utilize their entrepreneurial potential.
