Abstract | U ovom radu prikazana je važnost planiranja i kontrole u upravljanju projektima. Opisani su pristupi planiranju i kontroli kroz različite metode i alate, kao i njihova isprepletenost i međusobna povezanost u procesima izvođenja projekta. Planiranje ne nalazimo samo u poslovnom okruženju već se susrećemo s njime u svakodnevnom životu. U ovom radu razrađena je tema planiranja općenito, ali s naglaskom na planiranje u procesima upravljanja projekta. Podjela planiranja objašnjena je i razrađena prema različitim kriterija te potkrijepljena s nekoliko primjera iz prakse. Kontrolu projekta se promatra i može smatrati kao jednu od najvažnijih funkcija projektnog menadžmenta te su također navedene najčešće vrste kontrole u upravljanju projektima te prikazani primjeri iz prakse. Odnos planiranja i kontrole projekata vrlo je isprepleten te se ta isprepletenost najbolje uočava kroz ciljeve projekta koji djeluju kao poveznica između navedena dva procesa. Kod planiranja i kontrole danas mogu pomoći različiti alati i metode, gdje se posebno ističu aplikacije za projektni menadžment koje olakšavaju proces upravljanja projektima koji postaje sve zahtjevniji zbog današnjeg dinamičnog okruženja i velikog broja promjena tijekom izvođenja projekta. Ne postoji idealan model, aplikacija ili vrsta planiranja i kontrole koji se mogu primijeniti na svaki projekt. Važno je da projektni menadžment uzme sve okolnosti u obzir, poput vrste projekta, veličine projekta, ljudskih resursa, troškova i mnogih drugih te prema svim relevantnim čimbenicima izabere najadekvatniji pristup planiranju i kontroli prilikom upravljanja projektom. |
Abstract (english) | The importance of planning and control in project management is shown in this paper. Approaches to planning and control through various methods and tools are described, as well as their intertwining and mutual connection in the processes of project management. Planning is not only found in the business environment, but we encounter it in everyday life. This paper elaborates on the topic of planning in general, but with an emphasis on planning in project management processes. The division of planning is explained and elaborated according to different criteria and supported by several examples from practice. We consider project control as one of the most important functions of project management, and the most common types of control in project management are also listed and examples from practice are shown. The relationship between project planning and control is very intertwined, and this intertwining is best seen through the project goals, which act as a link between the two processes. Today, various tools and methods can help with planning and control, where project management applications stand out, making project management process easier, which is becoming more demanding due to today’s dynamic environment and the large number of changes during project execution. There is no ideal model, application or type of planning and control that can be applied to every project. It is important that the project management takes all the circumstances into account, such as the type of project, the size of the project, human resources, costs and many others, and then according to all relevant factors, choose the most adequate approach to planning and control during project management. |
