Abstract Kriza se najčešće definira kao neželjen i neplaniran proces, koji ima ograničeno trajanje kao i ograničene mogućnosti utjecaja. To je proces koji šteti osnovnim ciljevima kompanije ,a njegov ishod je nepoznat. Kriza jako utječe na poslovanje svake kompanije, a uspješnost u borbi sa njom ovisi o prilagođavanju promjenama kao i sposobnosti i uspješnosti menadžmenta. Što je kriza dublja to je njome teže ovladati. Menadžment kompanije ima veliku i odlučujuću ulogu, u njenom svladavanju, a sposobnost menadžmenta da pravovremeno prepozna i brzo reagira u kriznim situacijama je od velike važnosti. Upravo pravovremeno uočavanje simptoma i definiranje uzroka poslovnih teškoća je osnova uspješne reakcije svakog menadžmenta. Menadžment koji će kompaniju izbaviti iz krize mora biti obrazovan, profesionalan i stručan. Menadžment koji je kompaniju doveo do krize, za pretpostaviti je da ne može zadovoljiti ove kriterije jer je tijekom obavljanja menadžerskog posla svojim pogrešnim odlukama kompaniju doveo u kriznu situaciju. Krizni menadžment mora imati odlučnost, mora biti usmjeren novim ciljevima koji moraju biti jasno određeni i definirani, mora imati samoinicijativnost pristupu rješavanja problema, brzo donošenje ispravnih odluka, poticanje timskog rada i netolerancija nerada. U trenutku preuzimanja kontrole od strane kriznog menadžmenta u kompaniji započinje proces oporavka od krize. U trenutku preuzimanja kontrole, krizni menadžer mora kompaniji pokazati vlastite sposobnosti vođenja i upravljanja. Mjerodavan i odlučan stav potaknuti će zaposlenike da ga ozbiljno shvate a proces kontrole onemogućit će neizvršavanje radnih zadataka. Kad se prihvati krizna situacija, tad započinje dugotrajan proces izlaska iz krize koji za kompaniju predstavlja restrukturiranje organizacije i potpunu promjenu načina poslovanja. Odabir strategije izlaska ovisi o uzroku krize, vremenu trajanja i stupnju njenog razvoja u poduzeću. „Svaka je kriza jedinstvena te ne postoji jedno, univerzalno rješenje oporavka. Proces upravljanja krizom je kružni proces koji se konstantno nadograđuje i nikada ne završava.“ (Europska kom.2008) Na taj način se potiče poslovna izvrsnost kompanije, a rizik nastanka nove krize sveden je na minimum.
Abstract (english) Crisis is most often defined as an unplanned and unwanted process, of limited duration and impact, which damages the primary goals of an enterprise, with an ambivalent outcome. The crisis has a strong impact on the business of companies, and success in dealing with it depends on adapting to change. The deeper the crisis, the more difficult it is to overcome. Corporate management plays a decisive role here, and its willingness to recognize crisis situations in a timely manner is of great importance. The timely identification of symptoms and defining the causes of business difficulties are the basis of a successful management response. The management that the company will rescue from the crisis must be educated, professional and professional. The old management is to assume that it cannot satisfy these criteria because during the performance of the managerial job, the company made its decisions in crisis. The new management team must have determination, a focus on new goals that are clearly defined and defined, a proactive approach to problem solving, quick decision making, encouraging teamwork and intolerance of reluctance. By taking control of the company, management begins the process of recovery from the crisis. At this stage, the crisis manager must show the organization their own leadership and management skills. An authoritative and determined attitude will encourage employees to take it seriously, and the control process will make it impossible to complete their tasks. Acceptance of the crisis begins a long process of getting out of the crisis, which for the company is a restructuring of the organization and a complete change in the way of doing business. The choice of exit strategy depends on the cause of the crisis, its duration and the degree of its development in the company. Every crisis is unique and there is no one, universal solution to recovery. The crisis management process is a circular process that is constantly being upgraded and never completed. In this way the business excellence of the organization is promoted and the risk of a new crisis is minimized.
