Abstract
U ovom se radu opisuje uloga i važnost imidža turističke destinacije za razvoj turizma i postavlja se pregled trenutnog stanja u Hrvatskoj kao turističkoj destinaciji. Turizam je jedan od najvažnijih pokretača hrvatskog gospodarstva, ali je i jako kompleksna industrija koja se ne temelji samo na fizičkim proizvodima, već se želi ispuniti i emocionalne potrebe posjetitelja nudeći im jedinstvena i autentična iskustva. Upravo je zato važan imidž destinacije, jer predstavlja mentalnu percepciju... More koju turist ima prije nego što posjeti destinaciju, a onda ju nadograđuje u sklopu iskustva koje je stekao pri posjeti destinacije. Imidž destinacije je važno mjeriti i analizirati jer se radi o jednom od odlučujućih faktora koji definiraju odluku u kupnji u turističkom sektoru. Destinacije koje su percipirane kao sigurne, bogate kulturom i kao destinacije koje nude dobru vrijednost za novac - imaju veću šansu da će je potencijalni turist odabrati u usporedbi s destinacijama koje ili nemaju definirani imidž, ili je on većinom negativan. Za pisanje rada korišteni su sekundarni izvori podataka, a njihove prikupljanje vršilo se metodom istraživanja za stolom (tzv. desk research). Analiza sekundarnih izvora podrazumijeva prikupljanje podataka iz odgovarajuće znanstvene i stručne literature. Osnovni teorijski pojmovi i modeli opisani su metodom deskripcije, a metodom analize i sinteze izlagani su rezultati analiziranih literaturnih podataka. Less
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the role and importance of the image of a tourist destination for the development of tourism and provides an overview of the current situation in Croatia as a tourist destination. Tourism is one of the most important drivers of the Croatian economy, but it is also a very complex industry that is not only based on physical products, but also wants to meet the emotional needs of visitors by offering them unique and authentic experiences. More destination is important, because it represents the mental perception that a tourist has before visiting the destination, and then upgrades it as part of the experience they gained while visiting the destination. The image of the destination is important to measure and analyze because it is one of the decisive factors that define the decision to buy in the tourism sector. Destinations that are perceived as safe, rich in culture and as destinations that offer good value for money - have a higher chance that a potential tourist will choose it compared to destinations that either do not have a defined image, or it is mostly negative. Secondary data sources were used to write the paper, and their collection was done using the desk research method. Analysis of secondary sources involves the collection of data from the relevant scientific and professional literature.
