Abstract
Soja (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) je jedna od najznačajnijih kultura uzgajanih na području Hrvatske. Danas, u svrhu boljih prinosa i kvalitete kultura, koriste se razni kemijski preparati. U ovome radu istraživan je utjecaj komercijalnih herbicida za suzbijanje korova na fotosintetsku učinkovitost dvije sorte soje. Mjerenjem fluorescencije klorofila a listova soje u različitim razvojnim stadijima, dobivene su vrijednosti parametara koji opisuju fotosintetsku učinkovitost soje. Utvrđeno je kako selektivni herbicidi imaju negativan utjecaj na fotosintetsku učinkovitost soje i da su dvije sorte soje različito osjetljive na njihov utjecaj
Abstract (english)
Soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) is one of the most important crops cultivated in Croatia. Nowadays, various chemicals are used to improve yield and quality of crops. In this work, the influence of commercial herbicides for weed control on the photosynthetic efficiency of two soybean varieties was investigated. The parameters describing the photosynthetic efficiency of soybean are derived by measuring chlorophyll a fluorescence in soybean leafs at different development stages. It was found that the selective herbicides have a negative effect on photosynthetic performance of soybean and that the two soybean varieties showed different sensitivity to their influence
