Abstract
Zbog sve većeg onečišćenja okoliša javlja se sve veća potreba za korištenjem ekološki prihvatljivih i energetski učinkovitijih procesa i kemikalija koji bi odgovarali principima zelene kemije. Mehanokemijska sinteza je jedna od metoda zelene kemije koja daje mogućnost sinteze novih spojeva bez korištenja otapala. U eksperimentalnom dijelu ovog završnog rada je korišten laboratorijski kuglični mlin za sintezu derivata kinazolinona koristeći tri prekursora 3-amino-2-metil-kinazolin-4(3H)-on, 3- amino-6-jod-2-metil-kinazolin-4(3H)-on i 3-amino-7-klor-2-metil-kinazolin)-4(3H)-on s četiri aromatska izocijanata, fenil-izocijanat, 1-naftil-izocijanat, 4-klor-3-(trifluorometil)fenil-izocijanat i 4-nitrofenilizocijanat. Strukture pripravljenih derivata kinazolinona potvrđene su masenom spektrometrijom.
Abstract (english)
Due to increasing environmental pollution, there is a great need to use environmentally friendly and energy-efficient processes and chemicals that would fit into the principles of green chemistry. Mechanochemical synthesis is one of the methods of green chemistry, which enables us to synthesize new compounds without the use of any solvents. In preparation of desired compounds, a laboratory ball mill was used to synthesize quinazolinone derivatives using three precursors 3-amino-2-methylquinazolin-4- (3H)-one, 3-amino-6-iodo-2-methylquinazolin-4-(3H)-one and 3-amino-7-chloro-2-methylquinazolin-4- (3H)-one in reaction with four aromatic isocyanates, phenyl isocyanate, 1-naphthyl isocyanate, 4-chloro-3-trifluoromethyl)phenyl isocyanate and 4-nitrophenyl isocyanate. The structures of the prepared quinazolinone derivatives were confirmed by mass spectrometry.
