Abstract
Bakterije igraju bitnu ulogu u svim aspektima života. Nalazimo ih u ljudskom organizmu pa i u zemlji. Postavlja se pitanje kako zvuk utječe na nju i ima li veze sa stvaranjem biofilmova. U ovom istraživanju proučavan je utjecaj glazbe od 140 BPM-a na formiranje biofilmova bakterija iz uzoraka tla. Uzorci su se nasađivali na mikropločice u različitim vremenima nakon izlaganja glazbi. Rezultati su dobiveni korištenjem spektrofotometra. Iz rezultata može se zaključiti da statistički ne postoje značajni dokazi no iz grafičkih prikaza vidljivo je da glazba ima nekakav utjecaj na formiranje biofilma jer su vidljiva smanjenje ili povećanja gustoće. Potrebna su daljnja istraživanja sa većim razmacima nasađivanja na mikropločice.
Abstract (english)
Bacteria play an essential role in all aspects of life. We find them in the human body and in many more systems like the soil. The question arises as to how sound affects it and whether it has anything to do with the formation of biofilm. In this research, the influence of 140 BPM music on the formation of bacterial biofilms from soil samples was studied. Samples were seeded onto microplates at various times after exposure to music. The results were obtained using a spectrophotometer. From the results, it can be concluded that statistically there is no significant evidence, but from the graphical representations it is evident that music has some influence on the formation of biofilm, as a decrease or increase in density is visible. Further research is needed with larger microarray mounting distances.
