Abstract
Informacija predstavlja rezultat obrade, organizacije i manipulacije podataka na način koji je lako prihvatljiv i pouzdan primatelju. Gledajući na informaciju kao na koncept, može se reći kako informacija ima mnogo značenja, od svakodnevne uporabe, pa sve do tehničkih značajki. U današnje suvremeno i moderno vrijeme, s pojmom i značenjem informacija se susrećemo svakodnevno, a mogu se interpretirati kao osnovno obilježje informacijskog dobra, informacijske znanosti i tehnologije. Temeljni zadaci poslovnog informacijskog sustava unutar pojedine organizacije se odnose na računalno „pokrivanje“ poslovnih transakcija, odnosno na osiguranje potrebnih informacija menadžerima u odgovarajućem vremenu i adekvatnom formatu. Svaki sustav sa svojom okolinom razmjenjuje, uz materiju i energiju, i informacije, odnosno održava određene informacijske veze. Unutar sustava ulazne se informacije obrađuju, tj. preoblikuju i transformiraju u izlazne informacije. Sukladno postojanju i funkcioniranju informacijskih sustava, može se reći kako računovodstvo predstavlja poseban informacijski sustav poduzeća, jer informacije koje su rezultat računovodstvenoga informacijskog sustava sadržane su u računovodstvenim izvještajima, odnosno obračunima, predračunima i analizama kao njihovim nositeljima koje se predočuju menadžmentu.
Abstract (english)
The information is the result of processing, organization and manipulation of data in a way that is easily acceptable and reliable to recipient. Looking at the information as a concept, it can be said that information has many meanings, from everyday use, to the technical characteristics. In today's contemporary and modern times, we encounter the concept and meaning of information every day, and it can be interpreted as a fundamental characteristic of information goods, information science and technology. The basic objectives of the business information system within a single organization refer to computer „cover“ of business transactions or the provision of necessary informations to managers in a timely and appropriate format. Each system exchanges with its environment, besides matter and energy, the information, and maintains certain information links. Within the system input information is processed, ie. reshaped and transformed into output information. According to the existence and functioning of information systems, it can be said that accounting is a special information system of a company, because information as a result of accounting and information systems are contained in the accounting statements or accounts, calculations and analyzes as their respective holders which are illustrated to management.
