Abstract
Tema rada su metode i tehnike selekcije zaposlenika. Kako pribavljanje kandidata prethodi njihovoj selekciji za zaposlenika, ukratko je objašnjeno unutarnje i vanjsko pribavljanje te alternative pribavljanju. Selekcija je najvažnija aktivnost menadžmenta ljudskih resursa te joj se stoga daje najviše pažnje. Ujedno je i aktivnost čije su metode i tehnike brojne, a predstavljaju korake koji zajedno čine aktivnosti različitog redoslijeda odvijanja u pojedinim poduzećima. U radu su spomenuti... More problemi selekcije te njihova rješenja. Spomenuti problemi jesu zloupotrebljavani i pogrešno interpretirani podaci, halo efekt, izjednačavanje s kandidatom, stereotipiziranje, diskriminacija, nestrukturirana i nedovoljno pripremljena selekcija i drugi. Slijedi grananje glavnog predmeta teme rada, metoda i tehnika selekcije, na konvencionalne i nekonvencionalne. S obzirom na njihovu brojnost, u radu će biti pojašnjene sljedeće metode i tehnike: intervju, pregled molbi, prijava i životopisa, provjera preporuka, psihološki testovi, medicinski pregled, probni rad, poligrafsko ispitivanje, grafologija, astrologija te testovi fizičke spremnosti, poštenja i na uporabu droga. Najviše pozornosti bit će usmjereno na intervju kao najvažniju metodu selekcije podijeljenu na inicijalni, dijagnostički i prijemni intervju, te psihološke testove poput testova inteligencije, kreativnosti, mehaničkih sposobnosti, verbalnih sposobnosti i osobnosti. Neke od njih bit će prikazane i na primjeru Tele2 Hrvatska. Rad sadrži slikovne i tablične prikaze koji upotpunjavaju objašnjenja metoda i tehnika selekcije. Less
Abstract (english)
The topic of this bachelor’s thesis is employee selection methods and techniques. Considering that the recruiting of the candidates takes place before their employee selection, there is a brief explanation of the internal, external and alternative recruiting. Selection is the human resource's most important activity and therefore gets the most attention. At the same time, it's the activity with many methods and techniques representing steps that together form an activity flow different... More for each individual company. Both selection problems and their solutions are being mentioned. Problems touched upon are misuse and misinterpretation of the data, halo effect, assimilation with the candidate, stereotyping, discrimination, unstructured and unprepared selection and others. Next is the branching of the main subject of this thesis, selection methods and techniques, to the conventional and unconventional ones. With their numerosity being taken into consideration, following methods and techniques will be explained: interview, request, application and CV review, reference check, psychological tests, medical examination, trial work, polygraph questioning, graphology, astrology and testing of physical readiness, honesty and drug use. The most attention will be oriented towards interview as the most important selection method divided on the initial, diagnostic and final reception interview, and the psychological tests like the intelligence, creativity, mechanical abilities, verbal abilities and personality test.
