Never in the history of the business, as up to now, the higher the load, the importance of and responsibility for the success of the operations of the organization was not on the manager, i.e. management. Without good management organization cannot successfully do business and work. It is also necessary to require high-quality and timely communication between the levels of management. For a good establishment of communication of management and operations of the organization are equally important knowledge of management and its functions as well as communication and of what can create problem to a good communication. Both things must overcome management, which all combines into one functional and organized whole. Based on these knowledge, management must decide on how to establish communication and which style of communication to use within the organisation. In a simple and theoretical manner, in the work, it will be explained what's management, its levels, manager, management functions, i.e. managers, and how management looks at different parts of the world. Also will be clear, what is communication, its process, and its obstacles, and in which way interpersonal communication can be achieved. What kind of routes within the organization of communication can have, their advantages and disadvantages. It will also be clarified how women and men communicate, and what is the difference in communication between men and women. Understanding the differences between the men and women way of communication is necessary in order to better understand the difference between the male and female style of management that is what it looks like and what are the characteristics of both male and female style of management.
