Abstract
Internet je od trenutka nastanka do današnjeg dana uveo revoluciju u načinu na koji gledamo i doživljavamo svijet. Sada smo u svakom trenutku povezani međusobno i svi korisnici interneta bez obzira gdje se nalazili imaju mogućnost međusobne razmjene informacija, iskustava te znanja putem stolnih računala, laptopa, pametnih uređaja, tableta, pa čak i pametnih satova, TV prijemnika i sl. Razvojem interneta i inovacijama u mobilnoj tehnologiji dolazi do razvoja aplikacija za kupovinu putem pametnih uređaja koje još uvijek nisu jednako zastupljene kao kupovina putem web-sjedišta. U radu je slikovno prikazan i opisan proces prijave, kupovine, plaćanja i reklamacije za četiri mobilne aplikacije za kupovinu putem pametnog uređaja. Kupovina putem mobilnih uređaja tj. smartphone-a ima raznih prednosti kao što su jednostavnost, učinkovitost te pristupačnost, ali i nedostataka koji uključuju tehnološka ograničenja mobilnih uređaja, sigurnost prijenosa podataka i nepovjerenje korisnika te činjenicu kako potencijalni kupci nisu upoznati s postojanjem aplikacija za kupovinu putem mobilnih uređaja. U radu je na temelju anketnog upitnika kreiranog putem Google forme provedeno istraživanje koje je dalo odgovore vezane uz navike i sklonosti ispitanika. Ispitanicima je također ponuđeno i nekoliko tvrdnji o kojima su dali sud, a vezane su uz nacionalnu i međunarodnu kupovinu, način kupovine i njihov odnos.
Abstract (english)
Since the time of its emergence, the internet has introduced revolution in the way we look and experience the world. We are now connected and all internet users have the ability to exchange information, experience and knowledge through desktops, laptops, smartphones, tablets and even smart clocks, TVs (...) no matter where they are. Development of the internet and innovations in mobile technology lead to the development of smartphone applications that are still not equally represented as purchasing through a Web site. This paper presents and describes the process of registration, procurement, payment of goods and reclamation process for four mobile shopping applications. Purchasing goods using mobile devices (smartphones) has a number of advantages such as simplicity, efficiency and accessibility, but also has disadvantages that include mobile technology limitations of smartphones,vdata transfer security issue and consumer distrust, as well as the fact that potential customers are unfamiliar with the existence of purchasing applications. In this paper, based on a questionnaire created using the Google form, a survey was conducted which has shown the habits and preferences of the respondents. Respondents were also offered a number of claims related to national and international purchasing, the relationship between price and delivery and their purchasing priorities.
