Today globalization has huge influence on production as an important activity in the whole world. The basic idea of globalization is connecting the whole world in one entity how would be easier to cooperate between countries, how would increase of production and decrease costs of production and other activites, how would increase GDP in countries, increase productivity, employment, economic progress, etc. The goal of globalization is to boost economic growth in countries and world. There is a mutual dependence and production between countries. Also, there is an increasing number of so-called transnational companies that expand their business to an increasing number of countries. The significance of such companies is immutable because when they make decisions they affect on millions of people. The development of technology has enabled the spread of globalization so that the world is called the "Global Village", long ago, in 1960. There are many positive effects of globalization, but there are also negative effects. One of them is, although the connection between countries is growing every day, there is inequality between the developed world and the underdeveloped countries. Various procedures are being taken to eliminate or at least mitigate these inequalities. The term of production is broad term which can be on easiest way described as process of creating products with the aim of selling on the market and gaining added value. Such a product has a certain value and there is a demand for its production. Duo to lower costs, large companies move their plants to countries with a lower standard of living and where the pay is mostly smaller.
