Abstract | Kreativnost u poslovanju prisutna je već značajno vrijeme, no tek unazad par godina se ističe njezina važnost. Najjednostavnije bi mogli reći da je to sposobnost identificiranja problema i nalaženje novih rješenja. Kreativnost se teško može naučiti, no postoje metode i tehnike koje stimuliraju kreativno mišljenje. Kreativno mišljenje prolazi nekoliko faza: identifikaciju problema, inkubaciju, iluminaciju te verifikaciju i implementaciju. Faze se međusobno preklapaju, ali se pomoću njih može bolje sagledati kako dolazimo do inventivnih pristupa i novih, originalnih ideja.
Poznavanje kreativnih tehnika i metoda korisno je ne samo modernim menadžerima već i drugim zanimanjima, koja ovise o inovacijama. U radu su izabrane i opisane sljedeće tehnike: imitacija, igranje uloga, izlet mašte, brainstorming metoda, brainwriting, šest šešira, Delphi metoda i dr.
Suvremena poduzeća nastoje otkriti i razviti kreativnost pojedinaca ali i kreativnost timskog rada, stoga nastoje poduzeti sve kako bi osigurali kreativno ozračje koje omogućuje da kreativan i poduzetan duh zahvati što širi krug zaposlenika.
Međutim, moguće su i prepreke kreativnosti koje guše i sputavaju kreativnost i inovaciju u svakoj sredini, bila to škola, obitelj ili poduzeće. Kao prepreke javljaju se: odbojnost prema tuđim idejama, birokratske prepreke, uska specijalizacija, bijeg od pogrešaka i ograničeni resursi.
Kreativnost je ključ uspjeha u poslovanju. Presudna je za rješavanje problema te uvođenje inovacija i promjena. |
Abstract (english) | Creativity in business has been present for a significant time, but not until the last few years that its importance stands out. Simply put, creativity is an ability to identify problems and find new solutions. Creativity is difficult to learn, but there are methods and techniques that stimulate creative thinking. Creative thinking goes through several phases: identification of problems, incubation, illumination, verification and implementation. These phases overlap, but using them helps to get a better perception of inventive approaches and new, authentic ideas.
Not only is the mastery of creative techniques advantageous to present-day managers, but also to other professions that depend on innovations. The following techniques have been selected and described in the paper: Imitation, Role Playing, Fantasy Trip, Brainstorming method, Brainwriting, Six Thinking Hats, Delphi Method and the other.
Contemporary companies are trying to discover and develop the creativity of individuals, but also the creativity of team work, so they make every effort to ensure a creative environment which allows the creative and enterprising spirit to penetrate the widest possible circle of employees.
However, there are some creativity obstacles that smother and restrain creativity and innovation in any environment, whether we are talking about school, family or company. Some of the striking up obstacles are as follows: repulsion of others' ideas, bureaucratic obstacles, narrow specialization, escaping from making mistakes and limited resources.
Creativity is the key for success in business. It is crucial for solving problems and introducing innovations and changes. |
